Provide your applicant

Overview

You may well surprise the candidate with provocative questions. This is especially useful when interviewing candidates who are very self-confident and safe. They can thus determine whether and how quickly they can be brought out of the rest.

  • Is the candidate actually so convinced of himself or his answer as he pretends to be?
  • What about his quick-wittedness when provoked by you?
  • Can he let you and sovereign do you face or do you feel attacked and react accordingly?
  • Does he go into the resistance, does he negate your statements or does he just take them?
  • How soon does the candidate move to a defensive position?
  • How easily can he provoke himself?

For all these questions, you will get an answer if you closely observe the response of an applicant after provoking it with a question or opinion.

What you can recognize by irrelevant questions

Overview

But also seemingly harmless, irrelevant questions For example the above-mentioned after the mineral water by the reaction of the applicant many conclusions. Among other things, you can find out the following:

  • Does the applicant get upset?
  • Does he openly reveal his irritation or surprise at the question, or does he not mind?
  • Does he answer the question promptly or does he have to think about what he tells you for a long time?
  • Is he even willing to answer questions that have nothing to do with the vacant position?
