- Quality of the Internet connection: connect the LAN cable, if necessary, or change the position to the W-LAN router
- Volume of the microphone and the loudspeaker
- Video quality in lighting: not too bright and not too dark
- Start the computer early and close all other programs: You do not want to experience the automatic shutdown moment due to a system update ...
3. Adequate clothing
In addition, lay down all the important documents and utensils, from the CV on the job profile to the handkerchief, unobtrusive. During the call, you should not leave your seat.
Dress up adequately for a presentation date. Whether you wear a pants or not is a question of inner attitude, not a question of camera excerpt.
4. Show presence
In the appointment itself, you must pay particular attention to the fact that you speak clearly, observe delays in the transmission and have the conversation partner talked out. Otherwise, important information may remain on the track.

5. Please do not touch!
You must not hide behind your computer. Be present and usually look at the camera. Unnecessary movements divert content. On the other hand, you should not be frozen on the screen of the recruiter.
If you need something to help you calm down, make handy notes. Typing on the PC keyboard produces a lot of noises, which should be avoided.
6. Focus on the audio channel
Video function or not: the audio channel, say: What you say is crucial. The technical quality should also be right here.
Therefore, make sure that no family members, pets or outside noise (windows open?) Cause loud or visual distraction. And check the microphone again.
7. The right background
