Harmony at any price? At first glance, this may be a worthwhile goal. But in truth, this goal does not help us. Rather, it prevents us from advocating for fundamental change and thus developing ourselves further.

Although a burnout is not recognized internationally as an illness, but as a problem of coping with life, its symptoms are very similar to those of widespread mental disorders and disorders, especially depressive disorders.
