Being cooperative is clearly a female character trait. This is confirmed by John Gerzema and Michael D'Antonio in their book "The Athena Doctrine". 32.000 people in 13 countries worldwide should classify 125's character traits as male, female or neutral.

To be cooperative was unambiguously classified as a female virtue. Other studies also show that women prefer to work in teams, while most men prefer self-responsibility

The ideal modern leader is cooperative

The study of the above authors also shows that being cooperative is one of the ten most important strengths of a contemporary executive. Have male executives now gone out? Certainly not.

To what extent this materially worthwhile for them is subordinate. The reality reflects this: women are clearly overrepresented in the non-profit sector and underrepresented in the finance sector or in the management positions of large companies.

  • developed a common vision and
  • is evaluated at regular intervals to determine whether the cooperation still meets these agreements.

If this is not the case, this divergence must be addressed in order to overcome conflicts arising from this and to put cooperation back on track.

Being cooperative does not only create a better working environment. Cooperation is the breeding ground for creativity and innovation.
