Women prefer teamwork
To be cooperative is clearly a female characteristic. This is confirmed by John Gerzema and Michael D'Antonio in their book “The Athena Doctrine”. 32.000 people in 13 countries around the world should rate 125 characteristics as male, female or neutral.
To be cooperative was unambiguously classified as a female virtue. Other studies also show that women prefer to work in teams, while most men prefer self-responsibility
The ideal modern leader is cooperative

The inner attitude
Cooperation begins with the inner attitude. The reasons why women prefer co-operation with the competition are valuable indications. Women naturally assume that, in a co-operative environment, their results are enhanced by working together with others.

In the next step there was a reward for excellent teamwork. When the number increased to ten percent, so many men decided for the team as well as for women.

Balance
In order to cooperate successfully, we must maintain the basic principle that the contributions of all team members are equally important: our own and those of the others.
We should not fall into the trap of expert faith. Even the fresh or unconventional look of a newcomer or a foreigner can reveal traps and inspire new creativity.

As soon as we understand that a multiperspectivist view leads to more tolerable and sustainably better decisions, we cease to regard the output of cooperation purely materially.

- Objectives and expectations of stakeholders are clearly defined at an early stage,
- developed a common vision and
- is evaluated at regular intervals to determine whether the cooperation still meets these agreements.
If this is not the case, this divergence must be addressed in order to overcome conflicts arising from this and to put cooperation back on track.
