Linear structures are not suitable for this purpose. Because they point only in one direction, they block the view of other, possibly better ways to the goal.

On the Internet, people network to swarms, which sometimes pull in one direction and then in the other direction, always in search of something new, different, better. But how does the swarm know which way to go? It's not just about networking data, it's also about networking knowledge. How it works?
In the social web, this is a self-controlling process, which is organized through platforms, portals and social networks. Many should have something of it, not a few everything.
