The order pattern of the hierarchy

We humans are themselves a complex order pattern, the education of which is speculatively attributed to morphic fields. In every organization there are also patterns of organization.

The best known pattern is the hierarchy. Because pattern formation is a life principle and can be found everywhere in nature, we regard the basicity of vitality as particularly important in this context.

Factors that Guide promote

Overview

Liveliness in organizations - meaning a permanent and conscious choice for life, for everything that promotes and enables liveliness. Here are some examples of what leadership can promote.

  • Freedom - an expression of what people can do with impunity
  • Caprice - an expression of what people can do without reason
  • Creativity - an expression of what people constantly bring to ideas
  • Capri - an expression of what is worth trying
  • Diversity - an expression of what is to be found in diversity
  • Chaos - an expression of what will endure in wanted irregularities
  • Structuring - an expression of what people create new orders
  • Motivation - an expression of what people want to do without having to
  • Flow - an expression of what resonates with people
  • Reflection - an expression of what intuitively connects people
  • Incarceration - an expression of what is connected with being connected

Responsibility as a principle of good leadership

Overview

It always stands between the lines, but we have never so clearly formulated it so far. These principles not only lead to a possible synthesis, that is to say, a solution at a higher level, but they bring the culture of the organization where it belongs: to the comprehensive responsibility.

Only a culture of responsibility, just as Roger Connors and Tom Smith demand, makes an organization fit for the future. Responsibility is a phenomenon of culture.

We recognize in it the product from the consistent application of the six principles. The inner game - the new game of leadership - leads us into the culture of responsibility and wholeness in a playful way. This is what the new leadership has to do.

The train the eight model

Overview

There are leadership principles that are widely known - and those that are not yet widely used. To you belong the principle of double decision and the principle of repetition.

With the principle of double decision, we leave the field of already well-known principles. The double decision is logically derived from the "train the eight" model. Whenever we go through the origin in the Eight, a decision is due.

Overview

The first decision of leadership follows from the heart and is therefore a matter of trust. I must first trust man when I want to lead him. Trust is, therefore, the central principle.

Later, when I can draw insights from the experience and see results, the decision follows the repetition. This is a concentrated decision on the successes. Therefore, the basis for the double decision is concentration.

Intuition as a perception pattern

Overview

The perception pattern is intuition. My inner voice tells me whom I can trust. And for the second part of the decision, it is the reflection that leads to knowledge, which must be repeated. The appropriate energy pattern is the current emission of control pulses.

As a leader, I give people impulses that help to stay on course. Here we are in the middle of the domain of cybernetics and in the control of the complex systems man and organization.

Perseverance is necessary

Overview

Exercise has little appeal in our world of fast paced. But since no success can be foreseen in change without exercise, there is an urgent necessity of perseverance and consistency.

The perception pattern is as simple as it is effective. Progress must be made and made visible to others. Here we are at the central point.

Exercise must be possible

Overview

As a leader, it is up to me to generate the energy, overcome my own laziness, and to arouse motivation energy in people through energy supply. Exercise must be enabled.

Here we are in the middle of the domain of learning and in the second part of the inner game. We are coming into the river.
