How does traditional vocational training work?
Basically, the traditional German (education) system works: it prepares for lifelong learning and shows how knowledge can be acquired. The accusation that there is not enough insight into professional practice is, on the other hand, no one who is solely concerned with the German system.
In many countries it is common practice to learn the actual “work” only during the first job. After all, there are already some certified internship and trainee programs in Germany for starting your career.

But for a successful entry into the start-up scene, today's professional skills have to bring with them a lot that go far beyond the standards of the world of work:

The work environment in a startup is chaotic by nature, so its employees have to be flexible, curious and decisive.
Above all, they must not be afraid of mistakes, but must face the challenge of becoming increasingly self-sufficient through themselves. This is in stark contrast to the traditional career in the large corporation.
Guaranteed for nerve-racking experiences

On the one hand it is difficult to get a job under the stars of the German startup scene if you do not have the necessary network, on the other hand, the fast-paced startup business overpowered inexperienced employees - worst of all, the alleged career phase ends in a quick termination.

Even the greatest challenge in a young company, the ability to deal with mistakes and learn from them, can be learned.
Learn to deal with mistakes
Precisely because the traditional education system does not provide for such a lack, an important aspect of the professional life of a young company is missing.
