    Exactly. Further education can always be a good basis if you want to work in social media. Without practice, nothing works when it comes to applying. We also make this experience with the graduates of our further education to social media manager IHK, which are on job search.

    However, a good start is made when you bring your own online reputation to Vordermann. Proper, meaningful profiles, network with others in my industry and visible proof of competent handling can open doors.
    Sometimes a short, crisp internship, voluntary work or a practice project as a door opener is also announced. But beware: Degrees in this field are of course often used interns for qualified tasks at low pay (off).

    PS The really good jobs as social media managers have our graduates often in unobtrusive companies with little social media visibility. There is still a lot of creative work to be done, including by starters.
