Self-confidence and your own strengths

Knowing about our own strengths nourishes our self-worth and self-confidence. It gives us security, courage and confidence. The characteristics of successful people include mental and emotional strength based on this knowledge. It is all the more important to focus on your own strengths and not on your weaknesses.
