Do not give the people fun brakes any chance

Try to follow these five measures at the same time in the coming weeks:

In today's first part you will learn how sleep, exercise and food can act as performance engines or as performance killers. In the second part we look at the essence of performance, zest for life and well-being.

1. Sleep at the right time and enough

Overview

Go to bed when you are tired and get up when you are awake. Sounds simple, completely logical and therefore virtually impossible. "Then I would have to sleep 12 hours and go to bed at 18 clock!" I am then often answered. Yes exactly! Then sleep on the weekend, a new lifestyle and at the beginning of the week you get out with less sleep.

If you fight against this inner clock for years and decades, then you will get sick sometime. For who sleeps enough, lives more. As simple as that.

Hintergrund: The clock and alarm clock were only through the industrialization end of the 19. Century popular. Because only since then did people suddenly have to be punctual. Hintergrund: The vast majority of your 300.000 ancestors have been more inconvenient and more regular than you. Day by day over the floor and stone. 3. Eat and drink the right thing and enough of it

Overview

Vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts. High quality meat and fish in moderation. Milk and cereals rather less. No blubber bubble drinks. Good water in quantities and high-quality soft drinks in moderation - enjoyed with all senses.

Only, you can not buy fitness. As easy as we hope for the food. It is not for nothing that the real food market is booming. Eating is the simplest and most enjoyable measure. We do not have to know much and we do not have to worry about it. But remember, it's just as important to eat with enjoyment and enjoyment and without a guilty conscience. Take time for preparation and meal. Cooking with love. Do not eat too much and eat exclusively while eating. No TV or internet. No arguments or work on the side. This is at least as important as what you eat.

And one more thing: How were your foodstuffs produced? Because everything you leave in your body is not just for you as an energy supplier. But will be building blocks for your body cells. Your food will be right to you.
