They start from implicit rules of the game, that is, they think, "I prepare well and then you ask me questions." These candidates confuse the interview, which is supposed to be a get-together, with a test situation.

Overview

Even an angry reaction is conceivable. For example, the candidate may turn a blind eye or openly reveal his anger. This may be because he feels you are not taking him seriously, interrupting him, or having fun with him.

The source of his annoyance may be an insecurity that you have triggered in him by your surprising question.

Again, it is important that you think about whether such a situation can occur in your professional life and how potentially beneficial or detrimental your disgruntled reaction might be.

  1. Stefan Wehmeier

"Neither liberalism nor socialism can solve the social question in its historical form (note: we are not beyond that!). The real solution in the form of the Natural Economic Order unites the legitimate concerns of these two aspirations, namely social justice with a maximum of personal freedom, but also excludes the capitalist abuse of economic freedom as well as their narrowing by state-bureaucratic planned economy. Only it establishes a truly free economy without private prerogatives and state tutelage, a monopoly-free and thus also exploitation-free, full-fledged economy, which guarantees everyone the same freedom and the same preconditions for the development of his powers. Therefore, this freedom is incompatible with the artificial inequality of economic, social and political privileges, but also with the artificial equality of a forced leveled standard of living, but only with the natural inequality, as at the same start for all out of the natural diversity of inclinations , Skills and achievements.
The Natural Economic Order promotes the well-being of the whole by serving the well-being of all individuals. Therefore, it takes from the antagonism between common-sense and self-interest the agonizing and irreconcilable character that arose only through the capitalist degeneration of the liberalist economy. It eliminates all monopolies without replacing them with state, merely subordinating the two decisive monopolies, the monopoly of money and land, to the control of the general public. In order to safeguard his rights, the worker does not need the help of the state or the protection of trade union organizations in this economic order because, as an equal contracting party, he, like the employer, can lay down his conditions and demands. For the situation described by Rodberus and Marx, which in capitalism leads to a blackmailed contract with the exploitation of the worker according to the "iron wage law", undergoes a fundamental change, because the work - if it is understood as a "commodity" according to Marx - in becomes a monopoly-free, fully-fledged business economy the most sought-after and therefore the most sought after. Therefore, their price rises to the maximum possible value, namely up to the amount of the full labor income at the expense of the capital pension in all its forms such as interest, dividend and speculative profit. "

Dr. Ernst Winkler (Theory of the Natural Economic Order, 1952)

In the market economy that has been liberated from capitalism (the reallocation of interest from labor to property), it is no longer capital in kind, but manpower, which is the scarcest economic resource, and thus man, what he ought to be - the most valuable thing:
