It's all about being informed about the processes in the company in order to be able to act properly if necessary. And it's about expanding your own skills to be useful to the business. Who acts like this makes life easier for his boss and indispensable for himself - career guaranteed!
Founders stand in the way with perfectionism itself

But that's not all: perfectionist founders are only too happy to lose themselves in the smallest details, such as the design of the business card, instead of keeping the big picture in view. Then stubbornly follow the path you have taken, because every deviation leads to even more uncertainty.
The joy of their own foundation, they make it even broken. And instead of working effectively, many founders fall into blind actionism. But that should not be, if you just make it clear why you act like that - namely insecurity!
