Convince quietly - that's how it works
With these seven effective rules, which I am offering to you, you can practice the implementation and at the same time strengthen your confidence. They form the basis for improvisation.
If you have read other texts from me, you had many aha effects, your confidence has risen. And at the same time, gradually a louder voice announces itself:
“Yes, but… how can I put this into practice now? I am still the same person, rather quiet and reserved. Even if I now know that I can stay the way I am, I still have to be active. ”
That's true. In the case of visibility and presence, the aim is to shape the relationship with other people. And since neither life nor men can be planned, one can also not plan relationships. It is therefore always a matter of professional and private life to act and react, and usually without great preparation.

In addition, improvisation is about taking responsibility for oneself and for what comes out in the end. On the one hand, because you decide how you are perceived, and on the other hand, because you have a share in how it goes with each encounter.
That's why we take a closer look at improvising. Those who practice it develop another valuable foundation that they can rely on.
It is about a feeling of life, an inner attitude to oneself, to the world and to the coexistence. It's about,
- to accept what's there,
- the desire to win the failure,
- to get to know and expand your own comfort zone.
Everyone can learn improvisation
For me it started with acting: Improvisational theater not only brought me a giant step forward in terms of my visibility. Since I've been orienting myself towards the philosophy of improvisation, I've been looking at DIE WELT completely differently.
Therefore, I say: To use the art of improvisation consciously, everyone can learn! You just want it. Paradoxically, the easiest way to do this is to understand the underlying rules. These rules are linked and build upon one another:
