Also check what you or your employer can improve in your workplace. Already small measures, such as a few steps away from the printer, can help.

    Dear Readers,
Many thanks for your participation: The winners are fixed and have been notified.

  2. Käptn

I have reached 12 points and see my employer and me on a good path.
I have the topic again very deliberate about the test. Thank you

  3. Henry

I have reached 6 points. So there is still a lot of room for improvement ...

  4. Daniel

I work in the public service and I am testing 7 points.

    The result is stage 3:
A healthy and efficient work is only conditionally possible at your workplace. To increase your movement, you should take the lunch break for a short walk. Also check what you or your employer can improve in your workplace. Already small measures, such as a few steps away from the printer, can help.

Healthy in the office but starts at the office chair. I spend 99% of my working time sitting and this is a very long lifetime, which is unfortunately also noticed in the back / disc.
The public service must be economical, which is perfectly true. However, there is almost no possibility to be active here or frighten the utopian one-time rates.
Stand-up, Swopper and Co are probably really not bad and would improve the workday, because you move, claimed various musculature, improved his back posture.
But there are no great Ausprobiermöglichkeiten / Testphasen / installment payments.
Who pays simply so 1000 EUR for an office chair, then vllt. to realize that one does not get rid of it.
The purchase price is scary for almost every ergonomic office product.

    I take an example:
Not everyone can afford a smartphone for several hundred euros but almost everyone has one because it is affordable and feasible through various contracts.
In addition, there are countless test reports on the Internet, sampling possibilities (shop on site, friends, acquaintances, mouth to mouth propaganda).
The potential customer is heavily courted and umgarnt - with success.

This is not the case in the office area. The cash registers of the employers are empty but the user is still present. The user and office worker would invest for his health, but strangely, most companies have no interest in doing so.
Especially in the office sector, there is so much potential to earn so much money.
If you can not expect anything from the employer, you have to approach the staff and make the product tasty.
In the last 11 years, I can not remember that any manufacturer of ergonomic office chairs / seating has turned to City or Authority employees. That's a pity, but at some point the change comes. ;)

  5. Sanne

Hi - I have achieved exactly three points in my workplace at the university. However, I work mostly from home - there are more variations.
PS The stand up stools are great!

    • Simone Janson

      Thank you!

  6. Miriam G.

I have reached whole 5 points, and this almost also because the printer is close to my workplace. Sad, if you keep that in mind. As a backache, which is becoming more frequent, no longer wonder ....

    • Simone Janson

      Thank you!

  7. Tanja Hammerschmidt

11-15 Points: Your work environment is already motivating you to move, but there is still room for improvement here. is not that bad

    • Simone Janson

      Thank you!
