Andy Holzer from East Tyrol has overcome six of the Seven Summits, the highest peaks of all continents. He is a mountaineer. And he is blind from birth. But he is also a mountain guide and people trust him. Not blind, but because he encourages other people. Like a good Essential Leader!
How important happiness and satisfaction are for people is no longer the slightest doubt - neither in the social sciences or in business psychology, and certainly not in the entrepreneurial reality. Too much control creates uncertainty

The two pillars of happiness

"Stay on the factual level" does not work

Unfortunate employees are resisting
Of course, working people move to the material level immediately, but they are not happy. They feel misunderstood, helpless or inferior.
The consequence of this is resistance. Usually subtle in the form of forgetting the factual deadline, pushing the factual importance of other tasks, factual “impossibilities” and so on. Everything can be factually explained and checked.

The two qualities of happiness
In addition to the two pillars, there are two qualities of happiness: the short-term durable and the permanently effective. The short-term feeling of happiness always arises when we get something that meets our value system and meets our needs.

Long-term effective happiness comes from the satisfaction that comes from our own efforts. It is when we can bring our essence into effect through our own contribution.
