Manage well - how does it work?
Take your time, be serene, browse through things in peace, get involved in something, not be constantly available ... Most managers and executives would say "that's not possible".
We analyze this "does not work" more precisely. Mostly the meaning lies elsewhere. This is usually a view or opinion that emerged from the dynamics of "everything and that immediately". In Essential Leadership we take a closer look.
Busyness is not a status symbol

Dynamics arise when many do the same. Dynamics are very similar to viruses: they are contagious! This is exactly where the Essential Leader comes in - it develops immunity.
Dynamics become values, values become norms
Dynamics have the characteristic of becoming values, and values often become norms. Anyone who breaks out here is considered exotic and no longer belongs to it.
Much more important than analyzing and diagnosing whether something works or not is for the Essential Leader: make sense or not.
Fads and trends are not important
Integrating an exam for sense is one of the essential value-adding tasks of the Essential Leader. He selects exactly what is meaningful and effective in the sense of the whole and guides and leads accordingly.
Fads and trends are not important to him. He even dares to question her clearly. Values and meaning are an essential part of the strength that a Company for his managers and staff can provide.
Courage to swim against the tide
To convey values and meaning credibly as a resource for performance is not to be underestimated. This includes trusting in these values and living them above all else.
Not participating in the trend requires courage and positioning against a mainstream. The resources that are available in terms of energy and subsequently money are considerable.
Awareness of the Wessigen
The Essential Leader "dares" to challenge this trend on a permanent basis and creates awareness of what really matters and, at the same time, creates a place where participants return with joy over time.

- Punctuality and discipline

Wanted: Manager with reflexion!
Since the environment is usually better remembered than we ourselves, the Essential Leader first needs a high readiness to reflect. His managers and staff have the confidence to alert him to things he seems to have "forgotten" about. This trust is supported by the Essential Leader.
Critical reflections have no negative consequences and offer an excellent learning process for self-awareness. Self-perception we can learn. Executives are very often target-oriented in the outside. However, they rarely look into processes and systems.
Who can reflect is happier!
Self-perception is a very crucial element in the production of credibility in the environment. A reflected and reflective leader is perceived much more authentically, and the joy and willingness to follow him increases exponentially.
Employees who are allowed to reflect are happier. This promotes emotional commitment to the business, the most important asset to healthy and sustainable business success, according to the Gallup Engagement Index.
