4. Enjoy your leisure time properly and enough of it
We usually experience the most precious hours when we come to us. When we consciously perceive ourselves. That's where our guts speak most clearly with us. We should listen to him, because the much-praised gut feeling is none other than ourselves. Our deepest self, which does not care about the opinions of others or what is currently "in". To hear it at all is possible for anyone at any time to believe it for most already extremely uncomfortable and to follow it only for the least practicable.
But at some point we confront ourselves with the unrealized dreams. Then, an insurmountable inconvenient circumstance appears under warranty to be relatively easy to eradicate. Do this once: Think back to a great challenge in your life and assess the situation from today's perspective. Actually quite simple, or not? And now you put yourself in your emotional state at that time, just before or during the challenge: hard to master, right?
And exactly so it will be with all the challenges in your life. In leisure-time we recognize where we advance our comfort as a protective ground to avoid what we actually want to experience.
Hintergrund: As good as all our ancestors until about 70 years ago: Winter was the time of recovery from the annual work. Our organism automatically switches to the "recovery mode" due to the lighting conditions. No matter how driven our time may be. This is in us and we can use this valuable time for the particularly effective regeneration and interior view. Because only who knows where it really draws him, can forge plans and iron and develop energies that make him realize this.
5. Get into your power - properly and extensively
Take short, calm moments during the day. Gather yourself. Be clear about what you want and give yourself the permission and the strength. Do not ask where the power will come from. It will be there as soon as you use it. Sounds strange and illogical, but it is. Try it. They have far more energy and power than you often think.
Spend as much time as possible in nature. You may not succeed every day and every week. Take it easy and take the year as a benchmark. Looking at the year, you should spend enough time in nature. With friends, family and even alone. Because just in nature you come to areas of your strength, which is denied you in everyday life.
Hintergrund: Nowhere else than in nature have almost all our ancestors lived. And literally. We know it not only from several studies. But of all the primitive peoples and our Celtic and Germanic ancestors, the importance of close contact with nature. Thus, we almost automatically get health, motivation, joy of life, equilibrium and thus success.
Try it. You will be amazed.
