When she founded CareerFoundry 2013 together with Martin Ramsin, it was her intention to make an interactive system that motivated long-term motivation, using the online tutorials, which are purely based on tutorial videos and text messages:

Self-determined learning as an opportunity for the future

Overview

Since its founding, CareerFoundry has grown steadily by 60% per month, and has now become customers in over 20 countries around the world. The team of 13 sits firmly in Berlin. From here, it manages a network of 80 mentors scattered around the world.

Raffaela reports that a large number of her graduate students have started promising careers in both UX Design and Web Development.
