Do StartUps Universities take the place?

Until now, only the possibility had been formed of the old system of the Volkshochschulen and universities. Traditionally, however, they have not yet provided the targeted content that StartUps today demand from their employees.

The founding of CareerFoundry was made out of the hope to make a contribution to bringing even more people into the creative, highly paid and fulfilling careers by providing new skills.

Raffaela, whose careers included, among others, BlackRock in London and the StartUp Incubator Rocket, believes that we are just starting a new development of personal learning.

Online learning with mentoring

When she founded CareerFoundry 2013 together with Martin Ramsin, it was her intention to make an interactive system that motivated long-term motivation, using the online tutorials, which are purely based on tutorial videos and text messages:
