Take employees seriously
Everybody has to change, all think along - but most of all, everyone has to be taken seriously. Otherwise, "disruptive technologies" and "industry 4.0" become degenerate buzzwords.
But the requirements behind these buzzwords are real. Not infrequently, many senior executives have to bite it. You do not achieve effects with pages of long logs or folders full of (unrealized) concepts, but with courageous implementation.
Be authentic ...
The seller mindset, by being nice, even getting the next order is past. "Nice" Company there will be no sooner. For in addition to the quality of advice and products and services, count emotion, impact and meaning.
This change requires internal security to be on the right track. To have a crystal clear strategy and to be able to communicate why you want to be there. And that reason should be sound and not just a "me-too" strategy.

Maintaining a Facebook profile as a company because everyone else does that, because it's part of it today, is not enough. You just have to go with the times, is not a strategic decision with a clear goal.
But she can tell a lot about the company. It is fatal to think "It's just Facebook!" - this platform is often used to gather impressions in order to get to know a company "correctly". And if this is not the normal marketing claim, but only flat communication takes place, the effect will be appropriate.
Increasing the impact on employees no longer works today with a clumsy sense of motivation and Tschakka! But it works if you implement the sense theme:
Why we do something. Why everyone does what he does. Not every employee will be able to engage with this topic and one or the other may leave the company. But anyone who works self-reflective and meaningful, really brings a company on.
Be brave yourself
Not always, this importance is recognized immediately. But generational researchers, philosophers and entrepreneurs are already in agreement today that the question of meaning is becoming more and more a question of life. And the vocation also belongs to life.
The question is how long to wait and when to find the courage to get involved. Because we will achieve an effect either way. The only question is what. For this reason alone, it pays to look for the meaning of his job. Consequently, it is important to consider how we all can feel more meaningful in our work and also in our private lives. The solution will not always be immediately apparent. But already thinking about it makes "full sense".

We secretly wish it, but we are not concerned with recognizing more meaning in our actions.
But this active engagement is necessary to make more sense in his personal life. So what prevents me from looking for meaning? First of all, your own actions and the reasons for doing so must be questioned.
2. What keeps companies from putting more meaning into focus?
Changes often hurt first and not every improvement is immediately obvious. But if this hurdle is taken, the entrepreneur or the leader will see more meaning in what they do every day.
In addition, their communication would be more effective. And the employees would also benefit from this sense communication. A side effect of this would be that the employees would no longer be driven by the "motivational whip". And finally we all but - as customers - companies, where a story with meaning or a clearly communicated corporate purpose is recognizable.
