This is obvious and I like to connect suitable customers among themselves, assuming the consent of both people. In the case of Carsten J. Graf, however, this is not possible. Carsten is a person composed of characteristics of four real existing customers.

Move or stay?

Carsten contacted me when he received a promise from his employer for a classic outplacement. The 45 year old graduate engineer and family man was at the time of his agreement nearly twenty years in the Company and had recently headed a department.
