The question that comes to my mind when watching the video: What happens if an applicant really does appear in the interview? One is inclined at first to dismiss the whole as witty, but not serious advertising. Presumably, any applicant who behaves this way would be octopus fly out the door again. Or? Tell me your opinion - for an article in the world!

    A concept can not be considered in my opinion - exactly this point produces the final point ("Do not reink, I said!").

    I do not think Springer is looking for someone like that - but they approach people who understand what's going on in the video and what's being talked about. Probably, they want someone who is self-confident, but polite - and who has a concept that you can really read.

    The spot is great and brings the stronger position of applicants or employees well over the shortage of skilled workers / demographic change. In the future, companies will increasingly "apply" to potential employees.

    Anyone who knows how to use the web for self-demonstration - which can also be completely sober in the form of a professional blog run over many years - is already being noticed by wise companies, without any specific search being carried out.

    However, as in the spot no one should treat his interlocutors - regardless of status and other power relations. That's 20. Century, not sustainable and not in the interests of the company. The future belongs to a more cooperative and honest corporate culture. Maybe the spot also makes you think about it.

    The only sympathy with the applicant in the spot: He has a concept. I like this as a content preparation. And just not the kind of preparation, which is above all a good impression of the applicant artificially generate.
