But hand on heart, dear reader: How conflicting are you at all? How easy is it for you to hold difficult conversations, communicate a negative decision to your employees, or elegantly resolve a sensitive customer complaint?

No conflict is also no solution

If you have just hesitated a bit now, then you are in good company, because the fewest executives in German Company deal with difficult situations very confidently.

But why is dealing with conflicts such a big issue? Why do so many entrepreneurs, executives and managers shy away from conducting seemingly difficult conversations, and instead prefer a cuddly course, which postpones the conflict in the short term, but in the long term usually makes it even bigger?

Conflict resolution according to scheme F

Overview

The handling of potential conflict situations then also usually takes place according to two rough schemas: Either the management is cleverly avoiding any difficult situation and makes almost no decision.

What is the inner attitude

But what exactly is your inner attitude? It is the sum of your values, beliefs, your knowledge and above all your personality. It's the way you respond to life's challenges. And it is the unique combination of certain properties.

People with positive inner focus focus on solutions, not problems. You take full responsibility for your life and your results at all times.

  • They have a powerful vision and set themselves up magnetic targets.
  • They are decisive and possess a high sense of attention.
  • You are always in a position to control your behavior flexibly and go every task with great passion.
  • Above all, they have humor and do not take themselves quite so seriously.

Whenever you have a respect for a conversation, a negotiation or a difficult situation, then you face a big breakthrough. Then act especially courageously and actively.
