Q as in source energy
Why is someone an entrepreneur? Why should someone buy from this particular company or find their professional home? What is the purpose and Sense the company? This is comparable to the bright light on the horizon, which I really want to get to. How strongly does this energy work in the entrepreneur? What else does this mean in the company?
A strong source energy manifests itself in strong emotions. This is less about measurable goals and more about positively charged inner images and inspirations. The concrete goal is then more in the following form of energy. The entrepreneur himself and each employee also have their own “energy status”.
U as in conversion energy
Never before has a goal or a big dream come true without something being done for it. But just doing something - without a strong Q - leads to nowhere and thus in the long run to frustration. The marathon of entrepreneurial life and the company begins with the first step. The guiding star is the moment of crossing the finish line.
Here, too, it is crucial that the entrepreneur has absolute clarity. If the leader is not sure which guiding star he wants to follow, then the company also stumbles through the market. Change creates confusion and people just start walking without knowing where.
A for administrative energy
A strong Q and U are characteristics of companies in their Sturm und Drang times. If you are on the move, the focus is first on action. Acquiring first customers, implementing projects or securing and expanding delivery capacity are typical fields of action. Many rules only slow you down.
But if the company is to move forward, to cultivate or position itself to the zenith (peak), rules are important. Otherwise one remains in the stage of eternal youth. That can be attractive, but not satisfactory in the long run. Traditionally, the Q and U are more pronounced in the entrepreneur himself than the A. He or she would do well to look for people with a strong administrative energy when putting together a team.
N for (human) closeness
It takes the right people with the right strengths and characteristics to achieve dreams and goals. The good thing is: you usually meet these people automatically on the way to the guiding star. Some help, bring the company forward, have strengths / energies that the company still needs.
Some block and inhibit growth or prevent the next quantum leap. If this energy is still in the background in the start-up and placement phase, it becomes all the more important if the company wants to position itself more clearly or to reach its peak.
T like accepting facts
When we are on a path there are facts that we cannot change. Conditions that are simply beyond our control and influence. We have to know them, but we must not waste energy trying to change what cannot be changed. This includes people, for example.
How often do we try to change people with a lot of effort and nothing happens? Reinhold Sprenger described this brilliantly in his book "Mythos Motivation". We try to create a desired behavior with incentives. This works best at the beginning. Later on, people fall back into their usual patterns. It takes a stronger incentive to bring about another change. This creates bonus systems that do nothing except frustration for everyone involved.
The fact is: only when the entrepreneur changes himself will something change in the company. It is therefore all the more important to create awareness for on the basis of the energies mentioned above

Different characteristics make you strong together
Attracting the right people and strengthening the bond is not that easy. Like and like, they like to join in - it says so beautifully. And it's true: if like-minded people work together, you often understand each other blindly, there is calm and somehow everything works out quite well. But is that possible for growth? And that doesn't just mean more sales! Every company needs growth - especially at the energetic level - otherwise it will die.
That is precisely why people with different energy levels should be represented in a well-put together team: the doer, the visionary, the salesperson, the administrator or the coach and moderator. Knowing which types are already available or still necessary is not only important for the general selection of employees, but also valuable for the selection of the fields of application in the team.
