How are employers assessed concretely?
When employees submit a company assessment to Glassdoor, they are asked to mention the advantages and disadvantages of their work at the company. In addition, the employee is encouraged to give a council to management and ask how satisfied he or she is generally with the employer. It is possible to assess the manager as well as five key attributes of the workplace: the career opportunities, remuneration & benefits, culture & values, the management as well as the work-life balance. In addition, employees are asked whether they would recommend their employer to a friend and how they assess the business outlook over the next six months.
