The survey also highlights the objectives of young professionals in their careers. The number one career goal is and remains a balanced work-life balance - but it is much more important for women than for men.

The desire to pursue a safe and stable job, as well as to be intellectually challenged at work, is also widespread among women. Women are more dissatisfied - is it salary?

Companies that are particularly interested in female young professionals should also be particularly interested in the following findings: Women are somewhat more dissatisfied with their current employer than men - on a ten-step scale, they gave 6,7 points on average, while at the men were 7,1 points.

This difference may seem slight at first, but further results suggest that 29 percent of men would most likely recommend their employer - but only 25 percent of women would do so; not less than 36 percent of women want to change their employer within just one year - compared to 29 percent among men.

Reasons for changing jobs
