In addition, a shortage of graduates of 50 percent is expected by the year 2030.

Life worlds change

Self-fulfillment, flexibility, independence and freedom are in the first place, especially for the younger generation in terms of the world of work. This change in values ​​is due, on the one hand, to digital transformation and, on the other hand, to the development of different living environments.
