Studie der FH Düsseldorf über Videos bei der Bewerber-Ansprache:
Sind Videos das beste Recruiting-Instrument?

Vor einigen Tagen bekam ich die Pressemitteilung zu einer Studie, die die FH Düsseldorf zusammen mit dem Onlineportal JobTV24 durchgeführt hatte: Es ging um Wirkung von Videos beim Recruitingein spannendes und wichtiges Thema also, nur leider suggeriert die Art, wie die Studie präsentiert wird, etwas anderes: Namely, dass Videos besser zur Bewerberansprache geeignet seien als ander Recruiting-Instrumente. Das aber wurde offenbar gar nicht untersucht.

If Crowdfunding financed a film project:
Tourism in Berlin – Pro & Contra

Recently I wrote about the Film camp, that was held parallel to the Berlinale, reported. One of the featured Crowdfunding projects was the film project “Welcome goodbye” by Nana Rebhan, that shows the contradictions of the tourism boom in Berlin: Loved as malaria, hated at the same time as Ruhestörer and fought. Rebhan attempts an objective view of the situation – the trailer at least looks promising.
