If companies want to motivate their employees to training, must build ideally on already known knowledge they. On the other hand, staff must be motivated also – zB. about a tangible reward in Vista. And: Is good, If the one of the other shows, how it works.!

Save – but in the right place!

Effective training, that really something you want to use, naturally require a higher time effort, as the staff simply something to graft up or their own decision to leave. And individual learning tailored to each employee cost more money than standardized 08/15 seminars course.
