Trouble with Amazon.de:
Note A-z guarantee!

Recently, I had trouble with Amazon.de. For me is as Private seller This happens at Amazon.de marketplace, what you must secretly always fear, If you sold over the Internet: A shipment is lost to me.

Well I thought simply: The seller wants it cheap, then he must live with the risk of shipping. Not so at Amazon.de: Here the buyer by A-z excluding will refund costs – and the Amazon.de makes regresspflichtig the seller. And since Amazon.de that easily offset against the seller account, It remains to sit as a seller on the costs.

How that works with the A-z guarantee in detail, as the buyer you get, but most of all, What happened exactly me and look what my legal objections – You can read all this below you in this article.

Update: Since the article is no longer available, I published here again separately it in the blog. In the meantime, our readers want in a class action to initiate legal action against Amazon.

Attention private sellers with the A-to-z guarantee

Amazon is convenient and also I like to use the Amazon Marketplace, to declutter my bookshelf. Unfortunately, it is apparently not an isolated case, that Amazon pretty arbitrarily treats its customers, as Reader reports here in the blog show. It has now an initiative founded, who wants to legally proceed against Amazon. Since my post at akademie.de directed 2008, which has brought the stone with rolling, is no longer available, I post it here for all interested again.

Who sells books at Amazon Marketplace, can, as a private seller, Get difficulties, If lost items such as shipping. Because Amazon refunded the cost the buyer then – and this keeps one then simply by the buyer. On their own or legally correctly?
